Appointments before 10am are available.
An additional fee of $20 will be added for early morning appointments
No extra guest appointment will be held in a private suite space.
Late arrivals
Clients are provided with a 15 minute grace period. After 25 minutes there is an additional $30 fee. After 30 minutes appointments are automatically canceled and are not eligible for a deposit refund.
Rescheduling
Clients are able to reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the original booking time. No calls no shows will not receive a refund for deposits.
Appointment duration
Appointments generally take between one hour to one hour and a half to complete depending upon the clients needs. Excessive use of phone and uncooperative energy will prolong your appointment and is kindly not recommended.
For all photo shoot and event bookings I strongly suggest booking an appointment at least two hours before hand to ensure that you receive full expected service and will be completed in a timely manner.
